With over 14 years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant for major brands, he developed a solution that replicates his own practices through a platform that offers support via WhatsApp.
Being one of the pioneers in implementing the internet in Brazil, with extensive experience in projects for renowned brands, he has held leadership positions in major advertising agencies and has had his own agency for over a decade. At 48 years old, Batista continues to innovate in the field of technology and business consulting, now exploring artificial intelligence.
The new service is a response to the time limitation that he and other professionals in this field face when trying to serve multiple clients. "I have always been a business consultant, but available time is usually a limiting factor. The idea of 'cloning' myself and being able to serve more partners without compromising the quality of the service was in my mind. With the advent of generative artificial intelligence, the opportunity arose to create a solution that allows companies to access my knowledge and recommendations in a scalable way," he states.
The platform uses an "AI agent" that allows clients to interact with a digital avatar of the entrepreneur, through text, audio, or video. The client can simply send a message or an audio describing a situation, and my AI responds with precise recommendations, as if I were there in person. We are in an experimental phase, testing with around 60 users to collect feedback and improve the service.
The main target audience for this innovation are marketing departments, startups, and entrepreneurs seeking 24-hour available consulting. "We want to help those who need it most, without going through bureaucratic processes or using complex tools. Access is direct via WhatsApp, with a world of services," explains Adilson.
The tool is offered free of charge to initial users, who have the opportunity to try it out and provide feedback. "We are constantly improving the AI functionalities, ensuring that it can solve a wide range of issues and provide valuable support for companies," concludes its creator.
