The solution was integrated not only into the AD Lifestyle website but also into the brand's WhatsApp, through Genius via WhatsApp, where it is used to recover abandoned carts and trigger targeted promotional campaigns.

According to Pedro Duarte, CEO of ShopNext.AI, the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in digital retail is just beginning, but it already demonstrates its transformative potential. "The online consumer is becoming increasingly demanding, seeking quick, seamless, and personalized experiences.
