On August 21, ABRH-SP will launch the manifesto "No to the regression of the diversity agenda!during a special event that will bring together executives and CEOs of large Brazilian companies. The goal is to formalize the country's commitment to the cause and promote the exchange of experiences to strengthen inclusion in the corporate environment
Luiz Eduardo Drouet, President of the Executive Board of ABRH-SP, highlights the opportunity for Brazil to become a global reference: “While we see a worrying setback in other countries, Brazil has the chance to show that DEI is not a passing trend, but a strategic necessity for the future of organizations
The manifesto, that will be signed by leaders of various organizations, reaffirms the importance of not only preserving, but to expand the advances in the area of DEI. Drouet emphasizes that more actions and investments are needed, because they drive innovation, competitiveness and sustainable development
