Zapia launches reminders function by WhatsApp

In an increasingly digital and dynamic world, consolidating various tasks into a single application simplifies daily routines and enhances productivity. Considering that WhatsApp is already used by 99% of internet users in Brazil, according to the Panorama Mobile Time/Opinion Box survey, Zapia emerges as a practical solution by expanding the functionalities of the most widely used application among Brazilians. As a personal assistant integrated with WhatsApp, Zapia now offers a new feature to help organize daily demands: reminder scheduling.

With the new function, users can receive notifications directly in the messaging app about appointments, meetings, or personalized reminders of any nature. Simply provide the date, time, and event description, and Zapia will send a message at the right moment. It is also possible to set daily, weekly, or monthly repetitions, and include details such as location, participants, and notes.

In addition to reminders, the assistant continues to offer a range of functionalities to simplify everyday tasks and extend WhatsApp's utility. Zapia answers questions on multiple subjects, transcribes text from photos/images, and can transcribe audio messages, facilitating reading when listening is not possible. It also assists in searching for nearby locations and services, and provides personalized recommendations for nutrition and physical activities, contributing to a more practical and healthy routine.
