The collaboration between the two brands concerns the service of delivery and installation of automotive batteries in up to 50 minutes—Moura Fácil—which will now also be part of the Webmotors app’s service portfolio for users across Brazil.
The solution ensures safety, speed, and convenience when replacing the vehicle’s battery. “This is a partnership that aligns with our business strategy in several ways. First, because it expands our point of contact with users, who will now use our platform not just for buying and selling solutions but also for vehicle usage. Additionally, it offers an easier, faster, and more professional experience during a time of need for the user”, explains Mariana Perez, CPO of Webmotors.
From now on, in addition to the official website, the solution will be available in the Automotive Services section of the Webmotors mobile app. By clicking on ‘Request Battery,’ users just need to select the city, vehicle model, and year, fill in identification and address details, choose the payment method, and complete the order. Payment, it’s worth noting, is only made at the time of installation and can be split into interest-free installments over up to 10 installments. Delivery and installation are free.
The service is part of the Webmotors Automotive Solutions portfolio, a vertical of the platform that offers a practical solution for those who want to take care of their car with greater convenience and safety by connecting users to trusted automotive workshops for various services. Currently, the platform has over 7,000 partner workshops across Brazil.
