Webmotors has just expanded its ecosystem of solutions for customers with the automotive consortium in partnership with Santander. This novelty is another step by Brazil’s largest automotive platform to offer a complete ecosystem of solutions for buying, selling, and using vehicles in the country. The new solution is already available for customers across Brazil and can be accessed at webmotors.com.br/solutions/consorcio.
The Santander Consortium, now also offered via Webmotors, is an alternative designed for customers who can wait for the right time to purchase the asset. With a fixed administration fee, no down payment, and no interest, it allows choosing various options for amounts, terms, and allocation methods, such as draws or bids. There are over 180 groups available, terms of up to 100 months, and the possibility of included bids by using up to 30% of one’s own credit, among many other advantages. The new offering also includes support from specialized consultants to guide customers toward the best option according to their profile.
“Webmotors’ entry into the consortium segment reaffirms our commitment to delivering complete and secure solutions for those looking to acquire a vehicle. We offer an alternative with flexibility and the backing of a solid partner like Santander, which is the bank that grants the most consortium credits in Brazil, according to the Central Bank,” adds Mariana Perez, Webmotors’ CPO.
The consortium is a smart option for those seeking medium- or long-term financial planning. Every month, participants contribute a fixed amount to a common fund and are allocated a credit letter valid for purchasing a car or motorcycle at any store or dealership.
“The Consortium system in Brazil is experiencing a historic moment. With 11.4 million active participants and over R$ 378 billion in credits traded in 2024, growth is consistent and significant. I highlight the Vehicle Consortium, which represents over 70% of the total—this shows that 7 out of every 10 consortium participants have plans aimed at acquiring this asset. This is a clear sign of the enormous potential of this segment for those seeking mobility with planning,” stated Marcelo Aleixo, Director of Consortium at Santander.

Enrollment is conducted exclusively within Santander’s secure digital environment, with no need to send passwords, codes, or transfers outside the platform. Support is provided only through Webmotors’ official and verified channels, such as WhatsApp with the company’s verification badge.
This partnership between the two giants reinforces the commitment to meet customers’ needs with complete and integrated solutions, complementing the vehicle buying and selling journey with more convenience, security, and financial intelligence.
