Webmotors advances to become a SuperApp with new service for installment payments of up to 12x for vehicle debts.

Webmotors has taken another step in its strategy to become a SuperApp for automotive solutions. In partnership with Zignet, a specialist in payment methods for the automotive sector, the company is now offering, starting this Monday (12/8), a new service for tracking and paying vehicle-related debts. With this tool, any pending issues such as fines, IPVA (Motor Vehicle Property Tax), and vehicle licensing can be tracked and paid directly through the Webmotors app, with the option to pay in installments of up to 12 times. This functionality is another advancement in the brand's goal of offering a complete ecosystem for those who want to buy, sell, or use a vehicle.

The service is available to users across Brazil in the Automotive Services section of Webmotors. To use it, simply update the app, log in, access the Services page in the menu bar, and register the vehicle. If there are any pending debts, the tool will display them in detail, allowing payment to be made directly through the app via credit card, with transactions processed by partner Zignet, and the option to pay in installments of up to 12 times. Soon, the option to pay via PIX will also be available, along with access to the digital Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate (CRLV).

For Mariana Perez, CPO da Webmotors, The new service expands Webmotors' position as an ally to drivers throughout their automotive journey. “We are increasing our touchpoints with the Brazilian consumer by integrating features into our platform that are useful for their daily lives. Far beyond the moment of buying and selling, our customers are now turning to Webmotors throughout their vehicle usage journey, ensuring that everything related to their car or motorcycle can be resolved in one place, with the best cost-benefit and the security of Brazil's largest automotive marketplace,”, explains the executive.

Felipe Kleinübing, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Webmotors,, adds: “The partnership with Zignet enhances the Webmotors app by offering a highly useful solution for the daily lives of Brazilians, especially considering the advantage of paying debts in installments, a very useful feature in times of unexpected expenses.”

In the view of Lucas Loffreda, a board member of Zignet,, states that the new feature consolidates the expansion of Webmotors' automotive ecosystem. “Webmotors takes an important step by expanding its ecosystem with the installment payment of vehicle debts. For Zignet, it is a great satisfaction to provide the technology that enables this journey and contributes to making the lives of Brazilian drivers simpler and more accessible.”, says the executive.

The tool is part of Webmotors Automotive Services, a vertical of the platform focused on offering more practical, safe, and convenient journeys for vehicle maintenance, connecting users to over 11,000 qualified partner workshops for performing different specialized services.

It is worth remembering that in May of this year, the platform began a partnership with automotive battery manufacturer Moura to also offer, within the app, the service of delivery and installation of automotive batteries in up to 50 minutes, called Moura Fácil. Then in September, the vertical expanded its portfolio by starting a partnership with Campneus to offer the services of the company's 117 automotive centers in its app.
