Up.p expands executive board and hires CRO

Up.p, a fintech specialized in payroll and secured credit, announced the arrival of Luciano Valle as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The contracting aims to enhance the growth and expansion strategies of Up.p in Brazil, positioning the company as one of the leaders in the payroll loan market and with guarantee for individuals.

With professional experience of more than 20 years, Valle has had passages by renowned companies such as Santander, BTG Pactual io where he was partner & MELiuz.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
