According to information released by the consulting firm Opinion Box, 79% of Brazilians say that they communicate with companies through WhatsApp. In addition, 61% of users reveal that they open the platform at least once a day. Already 35% remain with the solution open all day. Given this context, innovation is no longer just a messaging application and becomes a true digital showcase increasingly strategic for all types and sizes of business, which makes the conversion of sales through the app a possible reality. 

“In Brazil, WhatsApp has consolidated itself as one of the main communication channels and entrepreneurs should surf this wave, using the tool as a channel to reach customers in a direct and personalized way. Today the entrepreneur must keep in mind that each message sent can represent a conversion opportunity, since done in a strategic way”, says Felipe Otoni, founding partner and CVO of SegSmart, a company that aims to optimize the processes of selling products and services in digital.
