This investment consolidates the company as one of the national leaders in self storage and marks the beginning of a new phase: expansion through franchises, whose structured model will be launched in 2025, with growth plans in different regions of the country.
According to Francisco Canuto, CEO of SmartStorage, the movement follows urban transformations and the growing demand for intelligent and flexible space management solutions. “Our goal is to expand access to sustainable self storage, with access via app, maintaining operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact.We are ready to take this model to all Brazil”, he says.
The company's strategy combines technology, access via app and sustainable practices. Currently, 80% of the units already operate with solar energy, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
