ShopNext.AI, a startup specialized in smart solutions for digital retail, has just announced the official launch of its AI-powered catalog management platform. Following a successful beta phase that began at VTEX Day 2025 in June, the technology — designed to automate and scale one of the most critical operational tasks in e-commerce — is now available to the entire market.
Focused on solving historical industry bottlenecks, the solution automates product registration and maintenance, categorization, attribute filling, description generation, and category tree management. According to the company, the platform can reduce the time spent on manual tasks by up to 98%, freeing teams to focus on strategic activities such as curation, shopping experience, and commercial performance.
“The catalog is the backbone of any e-commerce operation, but it’s still handled manually and inefficiently by most companies. We created ShopNext.AI to change this scenario with a smart, auditable, plug-and-play solution. We want teams to focus on what truly matters: strategy, content, and conversion — and leave repetitive work to AI,” says Pedro Duarte, CEO of ShopNext.AI.
Even before the official launch, ShopNext.AI has already gained the trust of major players in national retail, with dozens of proof-of-concepts validated over the past two months. Retailers like Privalia (fashion), Rede d1000 (pharmacy), and Chatuba (construction materials) have recently started operating with the new technology in their product registration and update workflows.
With a roadmap ahead, the company plans to reach the milestone of 500 active customers by the end of the year and will expand its presence on enterprise platforms by the end of 2025, establishing itself as a reference in automation and efficiency for the sector.
