ShopNext.AI, a startup specializing in smart solutions for digital retail, has just announced the official launch of its catalog management platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). After a successful beta phase started at VTEX Day 2025, held in June, the technology created to automate and scale one of the most critical and operational tasks of e-commerce (IS) is now available for the entire market.
Focusing on solving historical bottlenecks in the sector, the solution automates the registration and maintenance of products, categorization, filling of attributes, generation of descriptions and management of the category tree. According to the company, the platform can reduce by up to 98% the time spent on manual tasks, freeing teams for strategic activities such as curation, shopping experience and commercial performance.
“The catalog is the backbone of any e-commerce operation, but it is still handled manually and inefficiently in most companies. We created ShopNext.AI to change this scenario with a plug-and-play solution, intelligent and auditable. We want teams to focus on what really matters: strategy, content and conversion & let the repetitive work with the AI”, says Pedro Duarte, CEO of ShopNext.AI.
Even before the official launch, ShopNext.AI has already won the trust of major players in national retail, with dozens of proofs of concept validated in the last two months. Retailers such as Privalia (fashion), Rede d1000 (pharmacy) and Chatuba (building materials) have already recently started operating with the new technology in their product registration and update flows.
With one roadmap robust ahead, the company plans to reach the 500 active customer mark by the end of the year and will expand its presence on platforms enterprise by the end of 2025, consolidating itself as a reference in automation and efficiency for the sector.
