ShopNext.AI comes to market with innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions for e-commerce

ShopNext.AI, a new Brazilian startup focused on e-commerce, announces its official launch to the market, bringing a portfolio of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions that promises to transform the digital retail experience.Since its creation in July 2024, the company has been working on improving a robust and scalable system, which already has brands such as Ad Lifestyle, Parcelex and Dorel Juvenile.

The company's current focus is the launch of ShopNTalk, a powerful suite of conversational tools that revolutionizes the e-commerce experience. The solution offers an advanced natural language search plugin, allowing consumers to interact with a personalized AI, facilitating product discovery more efficiently. In addition, it is possible to integrate functionality into WhatsApp, optimizing cart recovery, campaign triggering and user service.

ShopNTalk will be available in a way plug and play on leading platforms such as Vtex and Shopify, reinforcing the growth potential for 2025, where the estimate is to reach 2 thousand retailers by the end of the year. 

Soon, the startup will also expand its portfolio with innovative solutions for catalog management, digital media and data intelligence, consolidating itself as a strategic partner for e-commerce.In addition to its own products, the company will also act in the development of special projects for major brands, creating modern applications of Artificial Intelligence to the real needs of the market.

The cases already show also the ability to reduce costs and increase conversion of tools, delivering measured and impactful results for retail: 70% of reduction in the volume generated in service channels via website, in addition to 95% of assertiveness in the answers.
