More than 80% of companies are expected to incorporate artificial intelligence to automate processes by the end of this year, according to consultancy firm Gartner. Attentive to this trend and a pioneer in the application of AI and generative AI in management systems in Brazil, Senior Sistemas — one of the country’s largest software developers — launches Senior Flow.
The platform emerges at a promising time, as there is significant market demand for optimizing processes, reducing costs, and increasing productivity using artificial intelligence. Its purpose aligns precisely with this direction: through automation and AI, eliminating manual tasks that compromise operational efficiency, providing more resources and time for individuals to make the most appropriate decisions.
Senior Flow stands out in the market by offering an agnostic hyperautomation platform that integrates productivity tools, artificial intelligence, and management systems, providing a unique and seamless journey for businesses.
“We are excited about the evolution of automation tools and determined to lead this market. We developed a native low-code solution within Senior’s systems, with simple and efficient integration with other market management platforms. All of this is enhanced by artificial intelligence, which expands usage possibilities and naturally improves results and ROI. The solution’s versatility, combined with ease of implementation, allows for rapid expansion across all areas of the company, with agility and lower costs,” says Alencar Berwanger, Executive Director of IR and New Business at Senior Sistemas.
When implemented, Senior Flow tools can deliver gains of up to 60% in operational efficiency. The portfolio includes automation solutions such as BPM, SIGN, GED, and CONNECT — a powerful system integrator.
The new business unit represents a strategic advancement in the company’s automation solutions, which already processes over half a billion data points, serving more than 1,500 medium and large-sized companies across various economic sectors with these tools.
“Senior Flow incorporates AI features that connect directly to business processes, accelerating task execution, such as data enrichment and validation. More than driving digital transformation, the tool speeds up operations, providing more assertiveness and faster decision-making. For example, in an integration between an e-commerce platform and an ERP, an AI agent can automatically analyze a customer’s credit at registration and send this information to the ERP, eliminating the need for human intervention and expanding automation and digital transformation for businesses,” says Berwanger.
Innovation focused on productivity
Senior Flow solutions enable centralized task management in the same cockpit, creating automated workflows and connecting heterogeneous environments — making processes simpler and with less friction. “We developed Senior Flow with scalability, security, and governance, offering integrated tools throughout the entire management system journey, facilitating use and operations management,” highlights Rafael Liberato, Business Head of the unit.
Business Process Management (BPM) automates workflows and optimizes business processes, providing more control, cost reduction, and greater efficiency. Additionally, it centralizes tasks and offers performance indicators for management and decision-making, also allowing process integration with AI agents, which bring more autonomy and agility to processes. In the last 12 months, nearly 5,000 processes have been automated, totaling over 12 million executed activities.
Meanwhile, SIGN enables digital document signing with facial recognition, ensuring legal authenticity and security against fraud. The solution records over 2 million signed documents annually, reducing contract completion time by up to 80%.
GED assists companies in their file storage journey, providing security, compliance, and strict control over critical documents such as contracts and employee records. For example, in real cases of Senior’s clients, it was possible to save up to 12 million sheets of paper and around 6 million printer cartridges in one year.
Finally, CONNECT enables agile integration between platforms on-premise or in the cloud (SaaS), offering real-time visibility and control over operations. “The solution includes active monitoring, which alerts clients about any incidents and promotes data and process governance through rigorous integration standards,” explains Rafael Liberato, Business Head of Senior Flow.
Additionally, CONNECT incorporates artificial intelligence agents into integration flows, increasing process agility and intelligence.
