For example, in an integration between an e-commerce platform and an ERP, an AI agent can automatically analyze a customer’s credit at registration and send this information to the ERP, eliminating the need for human intervention and expanding automation and digital transformation for businesses,” says Berwanger.
Innovation focused on productivity
