Designed for those who are starting out or want to review their value proposition, From Idea to Business simplifies strategic planning by guiding users through the nine blocks of the Canvas—such as customer segmentation, channels, cost structure, and revenue streams—with AI-generated suggestions and directions. The goal is to organize ideas and increase the chances of success when starting or adapting a business.

Janine Ledur, Solutions Management Manager at Sebrae RS, explains that the tool represents an important advancement in integrating technology into the entrepreneurial journey. “The Technology and Solutions teams have developed a solution with generative AI that transforms initial ideas into innovative proposals aligned with the specific needs of each entrepreneur,” she highlights.

According to Janine, the platform’s development followed the institution’s strategic positioning, focusing on practical and customized solutions for the key sectors prioritized by Sebrae RS. “Our digital approach aims to strengthen the institution’s presence in these segments, generate new engagements, and boost the growth of small businesses in Rio Grande do Sul,” adds the solutions management manager.
