Startup introduces technology that turns key meeting insights into text

Have you ever wasted time listening to endless audio messages on WhatsApp trying to find "that specific detail" from a conversation with a client? That is now a thing of the past. Poli Digital, a Goiás-based company that automates customer service channels for small and medium-sized businesses, has just launched a feature that promises to put an end to long audio messages and change the daily routine of those who sell online.

The new technology automatically transcribes lengthy audio messages sent by clients and, as a bonus, also summarizes the key points of the conversation using artificial intelligence. It is as if the seller had a personal assistant, ready to deliver the text version and the highlights of the conversation within seconds.

And the time savings are real: while manually transcribing a 3-minute audio takes an average of eight minutes, Poli's AI performs the same task in about 15 seconds. 

This innovation emerges in a context of rapid global growth. Software market estimates indicate that AI-powered transcription services are expected to jump from USD 10 billion in 2023 to USD 30 billion by 2031, with an average annual growth of 14.7%. In Brazil, the voice recognition segment, which includes technologies such as speech-to-text,is expected to reach USD 172 million in 2025, potentially rising to USD 319 million by 2030.

The solution centralizes customer service across multiple channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and websites — with features such as chatbots, mass message dispatcher, call system, catalog creation, payment links, and a secure shopping cart. "With the new AI for audio transcription and summarization, we reinforce our commitment to delivering tools that combine efficiency, intelligence, and practicality for the entrepreneur's daily routine," he concludes.
