Microsoft announced today two changes in the organization. After almost six years leading the Brazilian subsidiary, Tania Cosentino will become General Manager specialized in Sales for the Security Sector of Microsoft Latin America. Priscyla Laham will be the new president of Microsoft Brazil. Priscyla Laham is an experienced executive with more than 25 years of experience in Technology, Consumer Electronics and Online Services, working in different positions of Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Product. She began her career in the consumer segment, but soon migrated to Uruguay for technology, working for IBM and then joining Microsoft in July 2000. Over the years she has also held positions in the Americas, Consumer and Microsoft 20 years as Vice President of the USA.
In her new position as president of Microsoft Brazil, Priscyla will focus on continuing to support and accelerate the digital transformation journey of Brazilians through technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud services, allowing the Microsoft ecosystem and its customers in Brazil to take advantage of business opportunities and continue to grow through innovative and secure solutions. The executive is a marketing graduate from the School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM), has an MBA from Insper and, in 2013, completed the Stanford University Executive Program.

Tania Cosentino led Microsoft Brazil since January 2019. Under his management, in 2019, the Women Entrepreneurship (WE) program was created, to strengthen female entrepreneurship in technology-based startups, and in 2020 the Microsoft More Brazil plan, which supports initiatives to stimulate the use of technology as a driver of sustainable economic development of the country.The executive is electrical engineering training and has more than 20 years of professional experience, around multinationals in the electric and industrial automation sectors, was the first woman to assume the presidency of the Schneider Electric, where she has entered into 20-year of the South America 20, has become president 20.
