Furthermore, the study indicated that 50.9% of companies invest between 1% and 2% of their revenue in such strategies, while 17.5% allocate between 3% and 4%. On the other hand, data from the consultancy Gartner shows that global marketing investments increased from 6.4% in 2021 to 9.5% in 2022.

According to Samuel Pereira, an expert in audience and digital scale, this phenomenon reinforces an essential lesson: when a brand adopts consistent and intriguing planning on the platforms, the game changes completely. “Digital positioning has the power to transform public perception and, consequently, the story of any business. Publishing regularly, creating content that sparks interest, can be the key to scaling sales through audience growth,” he says.

According to him, brands that stand out on social media are not simply selling a product or service, but rather building a community. When a corporation positions itself strategically, the audience not only follows but engages, identifies, and, most importantly, becomes loyal.

By developing an effective social branding strategy, brands increase their visibility while strengthening their identity, generating greater engagement, and creating a base of loyal followers. “Furthermore, this positioning on social media enables a virtuous cycle where audience growth results in greater trust, loyalty, and, of course, increased conversion,” points out the expert.
