Pontaltech, a company specialized in omnichannel communication technology, announced the hiring of Renata Reis as its new revenue director.The arrival of Renata aims to strengthen the strategic planning of the company, expand revenue and reach new market segments by the end of the year.
Renata Reis, a native of Gravatai, RS, started her career at the age of 16 as an intern at a credit recovery company with 24 units throughout the country.“It was a real school for me, where I stayed for nine years, improving my knowledge and opening doors to greater opportunities”, recalls Renata.
In 2012, Renata moved to Sao Paulo to take the position of executive manager in the state capital, where she expanded her networking and managed accounts of large banking clients. She also went through prominent companies such as PG Mais, where she structured the business area, and Cetelem bank, where she worked as B2B executive manager.
After a brief sabbatical, Renata was invited by Carlos Secron, CEO of Pontaltech, to take over the revenue board.“We needed someone with Renata's experience and strategic vision to expand our growth and reach new market segments”, says Secron.
The new revenue director will aim to acquire large accounts from various segments, including banks, financial, retailers, insurance companies and technology companies, as well as maintaining focus on current customers and the Billing and CallCenter segments. Strategic planning will be developed in four verticals, aligning marketing, hunter, wholesale and farmer to diversify the base of action and promote healthy and continuous growth.
“I do not only intend to achieve the stipulated goals, but also bring a new dynamic to the team and the company, joining forces to establish assertive and prosperous actions”, says Renata.
