Pontaltech announces new marketing manager

Taking one more step forward in this mission, Pontaltech, a technology company specialized in omnichannel communication, has just announced the arrival of Márcia Assis as the new marketing manager, with the mission to strengthen the company’s presence in the market as a reference in innovative solutions in the field.

With 15 years of experience consolidated by different companies and segments focused on marketing and branding, her professional journey has allowed her to tackle challenging projects that helped her develop important skills and a broader strategic vision of the market, having worked in various fronts of business building, go-to-market strategy for brands and products, 360 marketing campaigns, performance marketing, content marketing, and events.

All learnings she intends to apply directly in this new phase. ‘I’ve always had a keen eye on the market, and when I learned about the opportunity for the marketing manager position at Pontaltech, I immediately identified with the company’s values and its expansion phase. The connection with the team and leadership was very natural from the beginning of the process, which made me excited to walk through this door,’ she shares.

Her arrival was fundamental for the company’s new phase, as explained by Renata Reis, CRO of Pontaltech. ‘We want to transform communication between companies and customers, offering solutions that truly simplify and optimize this relationship. Our challenge is to redefine the role of marketing to drive the company’s new phase, something that, under Márcia’s leadership, we have high expectations of building something very significant,’ she points out.

Assuming the role of manager of the area, the professional will be responsible for leading the team with a focus on brand repositioning, aligning inbound and outbound marketing strategies, content (website, blog, and social media), events, and institutional communication—integrating marketing with other departments of the company to increase synergy and achieve the expected results.

In a scenario of growing competition and constant technological innovations, the challenge will certainly be significant. But none of this dampens the expectations of the new manager. ‘I am confident that we will be able to reposition Pontaltech as an innovative reference in the industry, and to achieve this, I plan to work with data to make more assertive decisions, investing in strategic actions, reinforcing our presence at key industry events, and strengthening content marketing. I also want to consolidate a high-performance team focused on results and innovation,’ she emphasizes.

With significant experiences built in these fronts, the goals couldn’t be better. ‘We want marketing to be an engine for Pontaltech’s growth. Márcia’s arrival gives us great expectations that we will achieve greater acquisition of major accounts and consolidate ourselves in more market sectors, expanding recognition of our expertise and directly contributing to increasingly better financial results,’ concludes Renata.
