Pitzi, a provider of smartphone and electronics protection in Brazil, has just launched a digital training platform for salespeople and commercial teams of its partners – retail chains, carriers, and mobile phone manufacturers. Available since June 10th, the solution aims to train 10,000 professionals within two years and boost sales by 10% at physical points of sale.
Developed with a focus on practicality, the platform offers learning paths on Pitzi products, sales techniques, and management, all in a gamified format. One of its key differentiators is immediate accessibility, as users can start utilizing the content without any prior training or onboarding process.
“The platform was created to turn salespeople into cell phone protection experts, with content available at any time and focused on practical results,” explains Tatiany Martins, Commercial, Marketing, and CX Vice President of Pitzi. The tool integrates into the ecosystem of solutions the company already offers free of charge to partners, such as the Pitzi Ninja app for point-of-sale engagement.
Pitzi plans constant improvements to the platform, including the implementation of artificial intelligence to personalize the learning experience. This initiative reinforces the company's commitment to the professional development of the partners who work directly with end consumers, combining qualified training with the growth of commercial results.
