Payface, the pioneer in facial recognition payment solutions, announces the implementation of its solution across 37 stores of the Timax Calçados network, located in several cities in the interior of São Paulo. The initiative aims to digitize the shopping journey, offering customers a fast, secure, and frictionless payment alternative.
With the new technology, users of the Timax Card (the network's private label hotel card) can complete checkout in a few seconds using just their face. The solution eliminates traditional barriers, such as forgetting a physical card or the need to memorize passwords, making the payment process fully biometric.
This modernization was made possible through a partnership with RPE, a leading technology company for payment methods, which handled the integration of the solution into the stores' management system.
