The Optima Digital Group, a reference in messaging and communications automation, will hold a meeting on October 21 on the use of RCS (Rich Communication Services) at Google headquarters in Sao Paulo.
During the event, Optima Digital will present cases implemented in different segments, including a panel dedicated to the credit and collection market, with the participation of 4C Digital, A Credit and TRC Taborda. Among the highlights is the project developed in partnership with Memed, leader and pioneer in digital prescription in the country, which resulted in the first integration of RCS to the Google Wallet in Brazil, consolidating an unprecedented milestone in the use of technology.
The pilot of the solution presented significant results, with 50% of the messages read generating interaction and 11% of the users saving the recipe directly in the digital wallet. The initiative allows patients to receive medical prescriptions via RCS and store the documents in the Google Wallet with just one click, ensuring more practicality and security in access to information.
The integration enhances the user experience and exemplifies how technology can simplify complex digital journeys, especially in sectors that require a high level of trust and agility, such as healthcare. The project has earned Optima Digital and Memed the “Enhancing Customer Experience with Rich Features” award, awarded during the RCS World Tour Sao Paulo, in recognition of the innovation and impact of the solution.
“We are building a new way of communicating through richer, safer and more interactive messages, which combine convenience and technology. This event is an opportunity to share results and strengthen the RCS ecosystem in Brazil”, says Marcos Guerra, CRO and CXO of Optima Digital.
The October meeting will be followed by a new edition confirmed for November 13, also at Google headquarters in Sao Paulo.
