OLX, a marketplace for used product listings, launches the “The Black [Friday] That Goes Beyond” campaign this Monday, November 3rd. It serves as an invitation for consumers to part with unused items at home and turn them into income opportunities. During the campaign, which runs until November 9th, sellers will receive extra benefits for creating ads, such as featured placement and increased visibility on the platform, encouraging activity both before and during the date.
The campaign will also offer benefits for buyers, including discount coupons, flash sales, and interest-free installment plans of up to 10 times.
“According to an OLX survey conducted in the first half of the year, Brazilians estimate they can raise approximately R$ 2,000 by selling second-hand items lying unused at home. The campaign reinforces the brand's positioning as an ally of the circular economy and conscious consumption, through a democratic platform. We believe that going beyond price also means offering real possibilities for people to supplement their income in a simple and fast way, in addition to finding the best purchasing options on the platform,” explains Sanny Manhães, Brand and Communications Manager of the OLX Group.
The “The Black [Friday] That Goes Beyond” campaign will be broadcast on Instagram (olxbr), on the app (Android | iOS ) and on the OLX website (Link).
