This week, Microsoft announced... two new sales agents No Microsoft 365 Copilot, designed to optimize sales operations and accelerate deal closure. This includes:

  • The Sales Agent Turn contacts into qualified leads, allowing your representatives to close the biggest deals while the agent ensures no lead is abandoned. It can operate autonomously 24/7 researching leads, scheduling meetings, and contacting clients. For some low-impact leads, it can even complete a sale. The agent utilizes your CRM, company data like pricing sheets and the web – along with Microsoft 365 data such as emails and meetings – to personalize each response.
  • The Sales Chat Helps accelerate the sales cycle, from updating new accounts to preparing for client meetings. It provides sales representatives with actionable insights from CRM data, pitch decks, meetings, and emails—so they can spend less time researching and more time selling. All it takes is a simple, natural language prompt like "give me a list of at-risk deals", "what should I know before tomorrow's meeting with this client?", or "help me create a plan to close this deal". 

These agents can be accessed in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, connecting to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. They are customizable to connect to each organization's specific business data, ensuring accurate and actionable responses.
