New National Delivery Service Between Loggi and Uber Expands to Six New Cities Across Brazil

Uber and Loggia, a leader in Brazilian deliveries, announce the expansion of their integrated national shipping service, Envio Nacional, to six new cities across Brazil. Starting now, customers in Fortaleza, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Goiânia, and Porto Alegre can ship packages nationally via the Uber app, with collection and delivery handled by Loggi's operations to over 5,500 municipalities throughout Brazil.

The arrival in new strategic hubs across the country joins the cities where the service was already operational, namely São Paulo (SP), Campinas (SP), and Curitiba (PR).

“This new expansion phase represents another important step in the partnership by offering customers another option to simplify the national package shipping experience. By combining expertise—Uber's in mobility and ours in logistics—we broaden the range of services, allowing any individual or company to benefit from fast, quality, and efficient package shipping solutions,” explains Viviane Sales, Vice President of Customers and Revenue at Loggi.

Key benefits of the launch include the convenience and practicality of requesting national shipments without leaving home or the office, all through the Uber app, featuring full process tracking, delivery date predictability, and security for long-distance shipping. For users and business clients, using Envio Nacional helps save time to focus on what truly matters.

“Envio Nacional is a solution that was missing in the Brazilian market, made possible only by the union of two companies that are leaders in their respective fields. Bringing this product to more cities in different regions of the country excites us due to the possibility of more people and businesses accessing the convenience and efficiency that Envio Nacional offers, with reliability and more free time to dedicate to their priorities,” emphasizes Laura Lequain, Head of Operations at Uber Brazil.

How Envio Nacional Works

Through the Uber app, users can select the Envio Nacional option to send packages—including a wide variety of products such as fashion items, cosmetics, sporting goods, toys, books, electronics, perfumery, pet accessories, etc. The items will be collected by Loggi, enter the company's operation and network, and then be distributed and delivered nationally.

The entire shipment can be tracked directly through the Uber app. Furthermore, if the user has questions or needs support regarding the order, by accessing an Envio Nacional shipment in the “Activity” section of the Uber app itself, they can engage Lori, Loggi's Generative Artificial Intelligence channel for conversational customer service, which will interactively provide personalized guidance for each case. In situations requiring more specific follow-up, the user will be directed to human support for handling and resolution.
