In Brazil, selling remains the biggest challenge for micro and small companies. According to the 2025 Panorama Sales survey, conducted by RD Station with support from TOTVS, RD Station Conversas, Exact Sales and Lexos, 74% of Brazilian companies have not reached their goals in the last year. The scenario worsens with the increase in the cost of customer acquisition, the drop in the quality of leads and the overload of entrepreneurs who, between administrative and operational tasks, have little time to invest in really productive networking.
It was in this context that SinApp emerged, a Brazilian platform that connects participants of business events based on affinity, areas of activity and specific demands. Unlike traditional social networks, where interaction tends to be superficial and poorly targeted, SinApp uses artificial intelligence and data enrichment to indicate, in less than two minutes, connections that make sense for the moment and the goals of each user.
The entrepreneur Paulo Motta, partner of the tool, explains that the idea was born from practical experiences in corporate events. “You get there, there are a lot of interesting people, but you do not know who is who. Sometimes you talk to someone who does not have synergy with your moment and misses the chance to talk to a key player who was in the same place, SinApp solves this”, he says.
In practice, the platform works as a dynamic showcase. When accessing the event via QR Code, the user registers a brief profile and informs what he is looking for. The algorithm then presents the most aligned people, allowing to filter contacts by segment, location and interest, as well as suggesting texts of approach and scheduling automatic follow-ups. “It is like a networking Tinder, but with real intelligence behind”, summarizes Motta.
The application also offers features such as sending messages on strategic dates, automation of approaches and even a service that contacts and marks meetings for the user. The business model is freemium: entry is free and paid plans give access to advanced features. The company plans to reach 60 thousand active users by the end of 2026 and expand to other countries from regional hubs tested in Brazil.
Faced with an average attention span in face-to-face interactions of only 12 minutes, the accuracy of connections can determine the success of a meeting. For Motta, a national reference in authentic connections, networking is not about exchanging cards, but opening doors that make sense. “Today, everyone wants agility, but also wants depth. This only happens when you know who you are talking to”.
SinApp is already in the testing phase at corporate events and business rounds that bring together investors, entrepreneurs and industry leaders. The expectation is that in the coming months, the platform will incorporate scheduling in-app meetings and analysis of engagement data during meetings. In a country where lack of sales is one of the main threats to business survival, solutions that unite technology and strategy are no longer a trend and become a necessity for those seeking connections that generate concrete business.
