This functionality is a new release from the company and is integrated into its customer service platform. According to the company, the goal is for any micro or small entrepreneur to be able to use the AI with just a few clicks—without the need for a dedicated technical team or complex training.

The system, already available to all customers, can be activated directly through the Poli Digital platform, exempt from external integration. “Just access the Poli platform, start the service sessions, and click on the assistant tab. Within seconds, it starts working, assisting everyone from those selling via WhatsApp to store owners handling dozens of daily interactions,” explains the CEO. “Furthermore, the customer can use this tool to create marketing campaigns and structure sales processes, as it provides access to “premium” AI tools, such as paid ChatGPT, all within the POLI platform.”.

PoliGPT also frees the entrepreneur from repetitive tasks, allowing them to dedicate more time to strategic business management. “We are talking about a functionality that delivers scale and efficiency even for operations where the owner is also the customer service agent, the salesperson, and the marketing manager,” he adds.

With the exponential growth in chatbot usage and the advancement of generative artificial intelligence, solutions like PoliGPT arrive at a transformative moment for the sector. According to data from TI Inside, Brazil is expected to surpass the mark of 1 million chatbots in operation by 2025, with emphasis on areas such as retail, healthcare, and services.
