New national delivery service between Loggi and Uber arrives in São Paulo

Uber and Loggi, a leader in deliveries in Brazil, announce the arrival in São Paulo of the new integrated service between the companies, National Shipping. The launch will allow users of the Uber app in São Paulo to send national packages, with collection and delivery handled by Loggi’s operations, reaching over 5,500 municipalities across Brazil. 

With its arrival in one of the country’s major cities, the companies announce this new phase of service expansion, which could reach over 10 million users. The project has been in pilot operation since June in Campinas (SP) and Curitiba (PR), with plans to expand to other cities in the coming months.

“After an important testing period, this expansion represents a significant step in the partnership by offering customers another option to simplify the experience of national package shipping. Combining Uber’s expertise in mobility and ours in logistics, we broaden the range of services, allowing individuals and businesses to benefit from fast, high-quality, and efficient shipping solutions,” explains Viviane Sales, Vice President of Customers and Revenue at Loggi.

Among the key benefits of the launch are the convenience and practicality of requesting national shipments without leaving home or the office, all through the Uber app, with full tracking of the process, predictable delivery dates, and security for long-distance shipments. For users and business customers, using National Shipping helps save time to focus on what truly matters.

Expanding this service to Brazil’s largest city marks a new and important phase of our work, as millions of people now gain access to faster, simpler, and more efficient shipping,” highlights Marco Cruz, Director of Business Development at Uber.

How National Shipping Works

Through the Uber app, users can select the National Shipping option to send packages—including a wide variety of products such as fashion, cosmetics, sports items, toys, books, electronics, perfumes, pet accessories, etc. The items will be collected by Loggi, processed through its operations and network, and then distributed and delivered nationwide.

The entire shipment can be tracked directly through the Uber app. Additionally, if users have questions or need support regarding their order, they can access a National Shipping trip in the ‘Activity’ section of the Uber app and engage with Lori, Loggi’s Generative AI-powered channel for conversational customer service, which provides interactive, personalized guidance for each case. For situations requiring more specific follow-up, users will be directed to human support for resolution.
