Multicoisas makes an appearance at the TikTok Shop debut

Multicoisas, franchise network for everyday utensils, took an innovative step by participating in the debut of TikTok Shop, a new e-commerce platform integrated with the most popular app among Brazilians. On the last day of May 13, the brand held its first live on the platform, marking its official entry into the universe of live and social commerce.

The broadcast was done in partnership with content creators and included product presentations, usage tips, and exclusive offers. The strategy aims to explore the Live Shopping, one of the four immersive experiences offered by TikTok Shop, which allows consumers to discover and purchase products directly during live broadcasts with much greater ease.

According to data from the platform itself, 4 out of 5 people say they would make purchases on social networks after watching videos or livestreams, and TikTok already leads as the main source for discovering new products for Brazilian consumers. This trend reinforces Multicoisas’ bet on the channel as a strategic sales and audience-engagement tool.
