A Freshworks announced today a partnership of long-term with McLaren Racing, becoming the Official Partner of the McLaren Formula 1 team. McLaren has integrated Freshworks’ ITSM (IT service management) solution, Freshservice, aiming to boost productivity through more agile and efficient IT services across the team.
With Freshservice powered by artificial intelligence, the McLaren Formula 1 team ensures its global IT operations run smoothly, handling service requests quickly and seamlessly — even during the intense racing season around the world. The solution eliminates complexity and promotes operational efficiency on all fronts.
Freshservice supports McLaren’s IT team in reducing technical issues, allowing the team to focus on on-track performance. Efficient and streamlined processes minimize friction, speed up incident resolution, and enhance service delivery.
The Freshworks brand will be featured on the McLaren Formula 1 race cars and team uniforms until the end of the 2025 season — and will continue in subsequent seasons — with its debut this weekend at the Belgian Grand Prix.
