This is what ONLY Multas, a franchise specialized in traffic solutions, designed. The brand created the “Bolsa de Leads”, a platform that allows the purchase of leads nd contacts of potential customers who have already shown interest in the services of the company 5 for its franchisees.

Designed by Clayton Vitor and Junior Seixas, partners of the company, the idea came soon after the Covid-19 pandemic. With the proposal and the recent social isolation, the goal was to “develop more value to customers, who were previously neglected”. He adds that they also aimed to “give peace of mind to franchisees about how customers would find the company and vice versa, mainly because our home office was not yet as established as today”, says Seixas.

The franchise uses marketing campaigns throughout the country (online and face-to-face) to attract qualified customers who will later be inserted into the platform, where the franchisee can access.

“We auction, which allows bidding disputes between franchisees for specific leads; and direct purchase, where the lead can be acquired on the spot for a fixed amount, without competition.The entire process takes place in a transparent and easy to use system, ensuring full control over the flow of” leads, he explains.

If it blinks, the offer is over

The network also establishes a minimum time for the franchisee to buy the lead from the moment it becomes available. The idea is to make the customer is “valued” on the platform and thus not wait for long for service, which improves their experience and encourages franchises.

Seixas points out that the main point is to be a facilitator to the work of franchises, since direct access to interested customers and time savings help to improve the work of the franchisee, who does not have to worry about advertising campaigns, for example. It also reveals that prospecting is carried out by the franchisor itself, which allows units to focus on service and conversion.

The opportunity for market expansion also becomes an attraction provided by the resource, since there is the possibility of acquiring leads from all over the country. In addition, the state-of-the-art technology that the platform offers ensures an efficient management of the contacts made, in addition to all the support provided by the franchisor.

Billing growing

Currently, the Leads Exchange is the fourth largest responsible for attracting customers to the brand. The expectation is that, in four years, the system corresponds to half of all sales of the franchise. The average ticket of leads is R$ 28 for franchisees, who have the option to enter credits on the platform and spend on potential contacts what Clayton evaluates as a savings for employees.

“With time, it will no longer make sense for the franchisee to waste a lot of time investing in digital campaigns and, still, there is the credit that the franchisee puts in his account to compete for leads. Another point is that, currently, any lead that enters the brand goes through the Exchange and is offered to the franchisees”, he adds.

Who adopted the structure of the Leads Exchange was Carlos Guilherme, franchisee of the brand. Graduated in Accounting Sciences, he found the ONLY Fines through a friend and, thus, opened its unit in Sponsorship, in the interior of Minas Gerais. For him, the system to get leads works as an extra tool at work.

“O Bolsa has the potential to bring not only more customers to the stores, but to be a potentiator, something that allows the work of the franchisee to be much easier than in a common operation. Because it is a very diverse market, it can be greatly exploited. But at the same time, it can generate a lot of demand for franchises and it is in this sense that the system enters. I see it as a strong ally in this regard”, he says.

In his first experience with franchises, Carlos reports that he chose to use the auction to get some leads, much because of the greater ease and accessibility 'IN comparison to direct selling. He also says that the first month using the tool was positive for franchise billing.
