Mari Pinudo is the new Country Manager of Adobe Experience Cloud in Brazil. With almost 25 years of experience in the technology sector and previous roles at companies such as IBM, Gartner, Deloitte, and Salesforce, she is taking over the operations in the country with the goal of strengthening relationships with clients and expanding the company’s presence in strategic markets across different regions of Brazil.
Mari’s appointment comes at an important time for Adobe. The Brazilian market has been prioritizing investments in technology applied to customer relationships, and the company stands out by offering comprehensive solutions to this challenge. ‘Our focus is to empower businesses to better understand their customers and turn this understanding into concrete actions with real business impact,’ says the executive.
Globally, Adobe’s goal for Latin America is to grow three times faster than the worldwide average, and Brazil represents half of this market. ‘Our expansion aligns with the demands of Brazilian companies. When we analyze these companies’ strategic plans, we see that most of them point to growth, portfolio expansion, and a focus on customer experience—exactly what Adobe offers. Our growth strategy is backed by the market’s interest in investing in these solutions,’ Mari emphasizes.
The evolution of market maturity is also a key part of Adobe’s strategy. Many companies talk about personalization, but real-time hyper-personalization has an even greater impact. ‘Customer experience goes beyond hyper-personalization: it involves intelligent use of data, integration between physical and digital, omnichannel service, content management, among others. Achieving this maturity will only be possible with AI embedded in workflows. Our priority is to build this with our clients,’ explains Adobe’s new Country Manager.
With a background in Computer Science from the Federal Fluminense University, an MBA from IBMEC, and board certification from IBGC, Mari has built a multidisciplinary career spanning technical and advisory roles. This experience sets her apart in the market. ‘Technology is part of every company’s business strategy, and my mission is to ensure Adobe is at the center of this discussion, delivering experiences, results, and ensuring our clients’ success,’ she concludes.
Under her leadership, Adobe in Brazil will continue its growth trajectory and implementation of technology focused on the adoption of digital solutions and personalization at scale by businesses. ‘For Adobe, AI is not an isolated topic but an integrated tool in daily business operations. We are just at the beginning of what AI can offer, and Adobe clients will be at the forefront of this transformation,’ Mari Pinudo concludes. The new leadership reinforces Adobe’s commitment to accelerating digital transformation in Brazil with a focus on innovation, personalization, and AI applied to business.
