Magalu Cloud is certified by HashiCorp to provide resources for the Terraform Registry tool

Magalu Cloud, Magazine Luiza's cloud company, has just become a partner of HashiCorp, a company that develops open source tools that allow flexibility and dynamics in hosting the multi-cloud environment. The company of the Magalu Group received official recognition as Provider Terraform, a tool from HashiCorp that is already used by our customers to automate the cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, security, networking and resource execution. This recognition consolidates the prominent position of the Magalu Cloud in the national market and expands its presence as an international player, reinforcing its commitment to offering scalable, accessible and safe solutions for Brazilian companies.

With one year of public operation, Magalu Cloud already has more than 2,500 customers, both individuals and companies, and 400 employees who work from seven countries. For 2025, Magalu Cloud will continue to expand its product portfolio, which already has the following categories: computing, networking, storage, security and data.

Magalu Cloud was born to democratize access to cloud technology and boost the country's competitiveness through technology. Over the past few months, the company has invested in maturing its portfolio, making progressive validations and launching its first products. In April 2024, products were launched from the storage categories, such as Object Storage and Security, with identity products: Turia IAM, ID Magalu. In the second half of the year, it started to offer Block Storage – a product capable of maximizing the efficiency and security of hosted data – and virtual machines – that offer flexibility and computational power on demand, in addition to the preview versions of Kubernetes, Container Registry and MySQL database.
