M. Dias Branco strengthens its e-commerce presence and opens sales of Jasmine and FIT FOOD brands on Amazon

The growing trend of e-commerce platforms for everyday items continues. Following this trend and aiming to strengthen its presence in e-commerce, M. Dias Branco announces the launch of sales for Jasmine and FIT FOOD on Amazon.

With 35 years of history, Jasmine is a pioneer in the production of healthy foods, being the first company to manufacture granolas in Brazil. In this category, the brand features a premium low-carb line, including an impressive savory variation, as well as mini granolas in individual portions. Now, consumers across Brazil will be able to purchase granolas, cookies, sandwich bread, and other items more easily.

Meanwhile, FIT FOOD has the mission of proving that eating can be both tasty and healthy. Consumers will find on the platform practical and delicious options for snacks, sweets, and peanut butter in on-the-go versions.

Present in major food delivery apps like Rappi and iFood, as well as in Brazil’s largest marketplaces such as Amazon itself, the national leader in pasta and cookies began investing in e-commerce at the start of the pandemic. The goal was to make its products—which are present in most Brazilian households, according to Kantar—more accessible to consumers.

“We noticed that the trend of purchasing food items via e-commerce has continued to grow. The healthy food category is very strategic for the digital channel, as it not only has strong synergy with the end consumer’s profile but also performs well in terms of commercial metrics, such as average order value and product weight,” comments Caroline Allegretti Ferrari, E-Commerce Sales Manager.

The executive mentions that products from other leading brands of the company, such as Piraquê, Adria, and Vitarella, will also be available on Amazon, and there are plans to further expand the variety of categories offered by M. Dias Branco on the platform.
