Luft Logistics launches AcademIA Luft to develop solutions and boost talent

A Luft Logistics just launched AcademIA Luft, focused on the development of solutions and boosting the company's talent. Created by the AI area, the educational platform also aims to support the next phases of Luft's InovAdores cultural contest, launched at the beginning of the year and directed to more than 10 thousand direct and outsourced employees.  

“The launch of this online platform is an important step in promoting the culture of innovation and technological leadership among the organization's professionals.There are different modules providing all the content necessary for employees to develop in the use of Artificial Intelligence. This platform should grow a lot still, and this is just the beginning of a journey of learning and development of projects that meet real problems of the company”, says Gustavo Saraiva, CIO of Luft Logistics.   

The initiative reinforces Luft's commitment to continuous training and the practical application of AI in day-to-day operations, integrating strategic vision and technical execution.
