lojasmel, a retail chain, has just announced the appointment of its new Head of Operations, Renato Carneiro. With over 28 years of experience in finance and retail, the professional brings solid expertise in team management, store expansion, and the implementation of strategic processes.
His career includes tenures with major industry brands such as Caedu, Bradesco, and C&A, where he held leadership positions in commercial and operational areas. His journey spans from the opening of new units to the structuring of high-performance teams, always with a focus on results and customer experience.
At lojasmel, Renato will be responsible for leading the operations of the chain's more than 50 stores, in addition to actively contributing to the brand's growth plan.
