Lojasmel, a retail chain, has just announced the hiring of the new Head of Operations, Renato Carneiro. With over 28 years of experience in finance and retail, the professional brings solid expertise in team management, store expansion, and implementation of strategic processes.
His career includes working with major brands in the sector, such as Caedu, Bradesco, and C&A, where he held leadership roles in commercial and operational areas. His journey spans from opening new stores to structuring high-performance teams, always focusing on results and customer experience.
At Lojasmel, Renato will be responsible for leading operations across the chain’s more than 50 stores, in addition to actively contributing to the brand’s growth plan.
