The small business ecosystem in Brazil is in full expansion. Between January and May this year, the country saw the opening of 2.21 million new companies, the vast majority (97%) composed of individual microentrepreneurs (MEI), microenterprises (ME) and small businesses (EPP). This number represents an increase of 24.9% compared to the same period last year and highlights the strength of autonomous entrepreneurship. For many of them, who work in the sale of clothing, cosmetics or electronics, delivery logistics is one of the main challenges.
In this scenario, smart cabinets emerge as strategic allies. Lockers allow the seller to deposit the goods in a safe place so that the customer withdraws it at the most convenient time, without the need for face-to-face meetings or the payment of expensive freight. This flexibility not only optimizes the seller's operation, but also improves the shopping experience, a crucial factor for loyalty.
“Our mission is to democratize access to cutting-edge logistics. The small entrepreneur no longer has to worry about having a physical space or reconciling his schedule with that of the client for an” delivery, explains Gabriel Peixoto, CEO of Meu Locker. “When using a smart closet, he offers a professional, safe and available service 24/7. This not only solves a logistical problem, but also adds value to his brand and puts him on an equal footing with larger businesses”, he concludes.
