LiveSEO, one of the largest SEO companies in Brazil, announced the acquisition of part of YAV, a consultancy specialized in e-commerce and marketplace. The formation of the group aims to unite different companies to serve the marketing, consulting and technology market, offering specialized services on several fronts.
With six years of experience in the market, this is the first acquisition of liveSEO. The company has registered growth of more than 300% in the last four years and, in 2023, has a staff of 120 employees and 10 partners.
Founded in 2019, YAV has been showing steady growth, standing out for successful cases such as Bayard Esportes, which increased its revenue in 360% since the beginning of the consultancy.The expectation of the founders is to boost the growth of the brand through the exchange of experiences among the professionals of the group.
LiveSEO and YAV already had a partnership relationship, which was fundamental to the purchase decision. According to Lucas Maranho, CEO of liveSEO, “It is common for larger companies to acquire small competitors to increase power in the market, but this is not the case. We are expanding our market presence with partners who have a vision aligned with ours and who are willing to grow in the technology and e-commerce segment with maturity.”
Currently, liveSEO serves clients such as Serasa, B3, Wella, Havan and Seara, with more than 200 projects distributed in e-commerce and e-business of different segments. The acquisition is part of the strategic planning of the organization and, according to the CEO, is one of the great actions that are to come.
