Kiwee appoints Cris Lima as CCO and Partner amid record growth of R$ 37.9 billion in digital advertising market

Kiwee announces the hiring of Cris Lima as the new Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and partner. The arrival of the executive represents a strategic shift for the marketing agency, which has shown growth and takes advantage of the expansion of the sector, which moved R$ 37.9 billion in digital advertising in Brazil only in 2024, according to the study Digital AdSpend Brazil (IAB Brazil and Kantar Ibope Media).

The decision follows a new positioning in business, in which the focus is not only to create campaigns, but to transform ideas into real impact for the market and for the public of customers. “A Kiwee is taking a new position, to be a strategic partner of our customers” businesses. And the sector has been gaining ground. Digital marketing in Brazil grows from 8% to 14% per year, and there are about 180 thousand companies vying for this market, according to data from the study Marketing in Focus, made by Cortex. Differentiate, therefore, depends on delivering proven value, something that Kiwee seeks to put at the center of its proposal.

The Brazilian digital advertising market is expected to grow approximately 15.7% per year until 2030, according to Grand View Research.For this year, projections estimate that 74% of the companies' marketing budgets are destined for digital, according to a study Marketing Compass.

Human capital as a strategic asset

Cris Lima has more than three decades of experience and has led teams in major agencies in Sao Paulo and Campinas. By taking on the creative leadership of Kiwee, his mission is to increase the consistency of deliveries, accelerate innovation processes and align each project to business objectives.

“The market requires creativity connected to metrics.The challenge is to transform good ideas into real financial results for” customers, says Lima.

According to the executive, the communication sector faces challenges such as pressure for ROI (Return on Investment), rapid changes in consumer behavior and the need to adapt to new digital platforms.

One example is the project carried out by Kiwee for Mars Brazil, in which the agency signed the design of environments of the new Mars Pet Nutrition plant in Ponta Grossa (PR). The investment of R$ 400 million included the generation of 200 direct jobs, sustainability practices and the creation of spaces aligned with the purpose of the brand, a case that reinforces the agency's ability to connect communication, experience and business.

“With the arrival of Lima, Kiwee intends to expand strategic partnerships, consolidate operations in segments of higher added value and keep focus on results.
