The KaBuM! – Latin America’s largest technology and gaming e-commerce – announces the promotion of Cristian Schütz to the position of Hardware Head. With over ten years of accumulated experience at the company, the executive had already been working in the area since 2016. In his new role, Schütz’s main mission is to ensure an effective connection between customer needs and product offerings, with agile negotiations and competitive conditions.
“This promotion represents the realization of a goal cultivated with dedication, focus, and responsibility over the past ten years,” says Cristian Schütz. “I am extremely honored and motivated by the challenge and aware that I have the support of a team of highly qualified ninjas, true specialists in the hardware universe. Together, we will propel KaBuM! to even greater heights.”
As a short-term goal, the executive will work strategically to ensure KaBuM! continues to be a reference in the gaming universe in Brazil and offers the best products. To achieve this, the team is already focusing efforts on evolving the Build Your PC tool, expanding the customer base, and diversifying the range of available items to deliver complete solutions for both gamers and professionals.
“There is significant evolution in the global hardware landscape, driven by the growing demand for Artificial Intelligence. Leading brands are innovating their products at an accelerated pace to optimize performance and efficiency across various tasks,” he says. “For KaBuM!, as the market leader in Latin America, the challenge lies in maintaining a robust, up-to-date, and accessible portfolio for all consumer profiles. That is my mandate now.”
Schütz joined the company in 2014 as a customer service representative and later held positions as a commercial assistant and buyer. Starting in 2019, he became a team leader, then a commercial coordinator, and was a commercial manager before his current promotion.
