IRRAH Tech launches integrator connecting AI agents to thousands of software platforms, such as CRMs and ERPs

Artificial intelligence has transitioned from a promise to an inseparable part of professional routines. Whether in customer service, data management, or consumer experience, AI no longer acts as support but as a central cog in processes. According to Gartner, by 2026 over 80% of enterprises will use generative AI application programming models in production environments, a movement that accelerates the definitive incorporation of this technology into operations.

In practice, this is already beginning to transform how we interact with services and products. A user can select a property for rental directly via WhatsApp, receiving photos, videos, explanatory audios, and PDF documents in a single virtual experience. On the corporate side, healthcare clinics can train AI agents with patient testimonials, provide before-and-after procedure videos, or even attach complete business presentations.

This dynamic, however, is only possible when AI can connect fluidly to existing systems, and it is precisely at this point that an innovation described as a “watershed moment” emerges. IRRAH Tech, the developer of the GPT Maker platform, announced the launch of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an integration standard that simplifies and expands communication between AI agents and corporate software.

“Undoubtedly, it is one of the most significant updates in our history. MCP makes it possible to connect artificial intelligence to CRMs, ERPs, customer service platforms, and much more, without friction. This means integration happens smoothly, simply, and without technical or bureaucratic barriers. We are putting into the hands of businesses the power to scale their automations with total freedom,” states Jenifer Calvi, Head of Business at GPT Maker.

The update not only expands compatibility with over 8,000 systems and platforms but also eliminates the need for complex programming, making integrations accessible to companies of different sizes. Among the features presented are redesigned dashboards with custom indicators, multimedia support for agent training (with videos, audios, and documents), and an intelligent search functionality that enables more precise and contextualized responses.

“Furthermore, MCP includes the possibility of reviewing previous service interactions, which means the agent can learn from past conversations, identify patterns, and improve future interactions,” adds Jenifer Calvi.

The practical impact can be seen across various sectors: in customer relations, with integration to tools like Hubspot, RD Station, and Pipedrive; in technical support, via Zendesk and Intercom; and in workflow automation, connecting to platforms like Make, N8N, and Zapier to eliminate repetitive tasks.

More than a technological update, MCP addresses a strategic challenge in a rapidly expanding market. According to Grand View Research, the AI agent sector is expected to reach $50.31 billion by 2030, an annual growth rate exceeding 45%. For experts, common protocols like MCP are fundamental to sustaining this advancement.

“The future of AI is not just about answering questions, but about acting intelligently within the context of businesses, connecting to the systems they already use daily. It is precisely this transition that MCP accelerates,” assesses the Head of Business at GPT Maker.

Headquartered in Paraná and with a presence in over 70 countries, IRRAH Tech bets that the standardization of integrations can transform AI agents into central actors of corporate productivity, bringing them closer to what is already emerging as the new standard for digital transformation. “We are talking about the fusion of people, processes, and intelligent machines,” concludes Jenifer Calvi.
