LWSA's business units — Bling (ERP) and Tray (e-commerce platform) — have entered into a strategic partnership with Temu, a global marketplace that recently opened its platform to local sellers in Brazil. This integration enables retailers to manage their Temu sales directly through the Bling and Tray platforms, offering centralized management, automation, and logistics integration — thereby expanding market reach and improving operational efficiency.
Through this partnership, retailers can automate essential operational processes, such as order import, stock and price synchronization, product import/export, and tax data retrieval, via API integration between Temu and the Tray platform. This results in significant gains in operational efficiency.
“As part of our five-year plan, we are even more focused on the customer experience. This integration reinforces our commitment to providing Brazilian retailers with access to the best growth opportunities in the digital environment, using technology that simplifies processes and increases competitiveness,” states Rafael Chamas, CEO of LWSA.
In addition to expanding LWSA's sales ecosystem, the partnership connects retailers to Temu, providing facilitated access to a low-cost channel that contributes to business scalability. Since its arrival in Brazil in June 2024, Temu quickly gained prominence in the national market. In July 2025, the platform became the most accessed e-commerce site in the country, with an impressive 409.7 million visits.
The integration with Temu is part of LWSA's broader strategy to expand its presence in the e-commerce sector, a segment that already accounts for over 20% of the GMV transacted by retailers. Currently, the company's e-commerce platforms serve more than 200,000 retailers across Brazil, spanning various economic sectors.
Brazil is currently one of the fastest-growing e-commerce markets in the world, with projections indicating a movement of R$ 235 billion in 2025—a 15% increase compared to the previous year. The sector's annual growth rate in the country, around 20%, surpasses the global average (~11%) and important markets such as the United States (~14.5%) and Japan (~14.7%). Globally, e-commerce is expected to move approximately US$ 4.8 trillion in 2025.
Bling is a business management system developed for micro and small enterprises, offering solutions for invoice issuance, inventory control, and integration with marketplaces and digital platforms. Tray is an e-commerce platform that enables the creation, customization, and scaling of online stores, connecting them to multiple sales channels.
