IMBAT adopts TOTVS systems to digitize and improve its management

IMBAT, a company specialized in the design and development of personal protection and safety equipment (PPE) and products related to the construction material industry, has entered into a partnership with TOTVS, the largest technology company in Brazil. From now on, the mining company has different TOTVS systems to digitize and improve its management, as well as obtain reliable and real-time information about its operations.

The implementation of TOTVS Backoffice 2 Protheus Line will help IMBAT to be more efficient, competitive and scalable. Among the solutions chosen by IMBAT is the TOTVS Backoffice - Protheus Line, Robust and flexible ERP, composed of modules that cover all backoffice operations of the company. Its modules work in an integrated way and thus the software allows to simplify routines, reduce operational errors and eliminate manual scanning and reworked, ensuring more efficiency in the administrative back. To complement the use of the management system, the company also hired the My Protheus App, application developed to bring flexibility and agility in approvals and interactivity with the processes arising from ERP.

Another solution chosen by IMBAT is the TOTVS Foreign Trade, aimed at companies operating in foreign trade, whether as exporters, importers or both. With the system, the company will be able to manage the entire logistics, commercial process, relations with suppliers and dispatchers, receivables in foreign currency, payments and receipts multi-currency, special tax regimes, in addition to planning and forecasting costs, all in an integrated way with the ERP.

Finally, IMBAT also invested in TOTVS Cloud, the TOTVS proprietary cloud, in the PaaS model (platform as a service) for the management of its TOTVS systems which generated productivity and performance gains and security, as well as cost reduction in its operations. In addition, all the management of the environments is carried out through T-Cloud, TOTVS Cloud's exclusive platform, where it is possible to perform actions such as hiring and resource configurations, management of access rules, backup and restore of virtual machines, monitoring of contracted resources, among other functionalities, all this with total autonomy.
