IFood, a Brazilian technology company, and Mottu, the country's largest motorcycle rental platform, announce a partnership to extend the benefits to deliverymen in Brazil. The initiative reduces barriers and allows more people to have access to a motorcycle to work on delivery, including those with financial backlogs. The collaboration brings unique advantages to those who deliver through iFood and already rent their vehicle with Mottu or want to start a lease, focusing on increased earnings, reduced costs and more support on a daily basis.
From September, deliverymen from all over the country start to count on extra gains, easy access to economic vehicles and IPVA included, as well as support in case of theft, and more convenience. Among the main advantages are:
- Increase gains i Professionals who rent motorcycles from Mottu and work at iFood will be able to increase their income with exclusive benefits. At each completed challenge, which consists of performing a specific amount of races in certain periods, the deliveryman can receive up to R$350 extra per month. In addition, those who maintain a high level of occupation guarantee up to 10% of return in Mottu Cash, a credit converted from the amount paid in rent and that can be used in cases of expenses. In practice, this means more revenue per delivery and greater potential for daily billing.
- Discounts io Entregadores novos in both companies will have easy access to economical bikes, with up to 20% of discount on the deposit and special conditions to start or renew the rental contract.
- Comodities ^Some Mottu workshops are in the testing phase to function as support points for deliverymen. They already offer maintenance services for brand motorcycles and rest space.
- Economics 1 The plans of Mottu guarantee predictability of costs and can generate significant savings in fuel (60 km/l, almost twice the average of conventional motorcycles). The model, with daily rates from R$19, already shows competitive against other day-to-day costs, offering more predictability to the delivery and ensuring that the net gain of the activity is increased.
To access the benefits, you must be over 18 years old and registered in both applications, and have a National Driver's License (CNH) valid in category A. The process can be done completely online. In addition, companies are studying to implement a streamlined registration flow for those who want to participate in both companies.
“Our priority is to support those who are on the streets every day. Therefore, this partnership seeks to offer practical solutions that help deliverymen to have more autonomy and better performance in an easy way”, says Johnny Borges, Director of Social Impact of iFood.

The program is exclusive to active delivery companies in iFood and Mottu tenants, which reinforces the position of the platforms as the best options for those who want to work with delivery in Brazil. Today, iFood has about 450 thousand active delivery companies in more than 1,500 cities and continues to expand its investments in solutions that offer unique advantages for those who work with the company.
The partnership strengthens the logistics capillarity of iFood and consolidates Mottu as a strategic partner in offering more economical vehicles and technical support to deliverymen. The vehicles available in Mottu stores offer IPVA exemption, licensing, support in cases of theft, coverage for damage to third parties and 24-hour assistance.
The partnership with Mottu further strengthens the iFood benefits package, which has been consistently expanded to support the delivery of the platform on different fronts. The initiative adds to the iFood Super & I.E.O program that recognizes the most engaged professionals with financial benefits. These actions reinforce the commitment of iFood with the continuous appreciation of deliverymen, promoting mobility, economy, technical support and more opportunities for those who are on the streets every day.
