iFood, a Brazilian technology company, announces a partnership with L’Oréal Brasil to offer exclusive benefits to customers who purchase dermocosmetics from the brands La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Vichy, and Cerave through iFood’s Pharmacy vertical. The collaboration between the brands allows consumers to register directly via the app to become members of Dermaclub, a loyalty program that enables them to accumulate points and redeem branded products.
The partnership is the result of the efforts of the Pharmacy vertical to offer the best experience for iFood customers. “We aim to bring convenience with fast delivery, competitive pricing, and trust to customers who want to receive their favorite products easily, without missing the opportunity to earn points, generating real benefits for customers of both brands,” says Victor Blumenthal, Director of Pharmacy at iFood.
“This initiative marks another step by the L’Oréal Group in Brazil to integrate the skincare universe with the convenience of digital shopping. By expanding Dermaclub’s presence to a platform already part of millions of people’s routines, this move reinforces the group’s commitment to offering accessible solutions aligned with Brazilian consumers’ habits,” says Victor Soffiatti, Chief Director Officer at L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty.
To participate, customers must access the iFood app and go to the Pharmacy category. Then, they can choose products from the participating brands—La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Vichy, or Cerave—and activate the benefit in their cart. After this step, consumers are ready to start accumulating and redeeming points. To celebrate the launch, the campaign offers exclusive benefits for new Dermaclub registrations via iFood: platform users receive 2,000 welcome points, while iFood Club subscribers get 3,000 initial points. The benefits will be available until July 31.
The initiative leverages iFood Ads, iFood’s advertising and business vertical, which connects over 55 million active consumers with partner brands through intelligent and integrated tools. The partnership advances how consumers access the beauty world, with an increasingly agile, connected, and accessible shopping journey.
