GripMaster launches e-commerce and bets on digitalization of the heavy tire sector

A novidade fortalece a estratégia omnichannel of the Company and expands its presence in digital wholesale, serving especially heavy segments such as mining, civil construction, ports, agriculture and industry. 

According to Leandro Veiga, commercial director of GripMaster, the objective is to simplify the purchase journey of fleet owners, shopkeepers and distributors, ensuring agility and greater convenience. “We are bringing an unprecedented sales model to the sector, raising the levels of digital transformation in the tire ecosystem. The purchase now happens in a practical way, directly through the cell phone screen”, says the executive. 

Multi-channel operation and personalized service 

until then with action only in the model offline, GripMaster starts to adopt a multi-channel format, which integrates the performance of the commercial team to the new digital environment. E-commerce works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering more autonomy to the customer, without renouncing human support, as sellers continue to be responsible for the relationship and after-sales, even in purchases made online. 

The platform uses the logistics structure of Cantu Inc., which currently has more than 60 distribution centers throughout the country. Access is restricted to registered companies, with login via CNPJ, ensuring security and personalization of commercial conditions. 

Focusing on OHT (Off the Highway Tires) operations, in which the cost per hour offered by tires is decisive, the digital channel should accelerate tire quotes and acquisitions for the various segments served by the brand. GripMaster expects e-commerce to represent more than 10% of the business unit revenues in 2025.  

GripMaster will officially present its new platform to the public during the Exposibram, which will be held in Salvador between October 27th and 30th, where it will also present several novelties in the mining tire sector.
