The Federal Revenue of Brazil has made available a new version of the system Web Requests (former e-Defense). The system developed by Serpro promises to facilitate the opening of requirements for taxpayers Individuals who have received notification of release after they have fallen into the IRPF mesh. The update includes services such as “Request Release Rectification” or Fully Impugnar Notification of Launch” to the citizen and optimize the work process in the IRS IRS.
With the new version of Web Requests (e-Defense), it was possible to implement the delivery of these requirements in a fully online way and integrated with other systems and services of the Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e-CAC), such as e-Process, e-Subscription, PF Mesh and Proxy.

According to Claudia Maria de Andrade, manager of the Web Requirements system at RFB, “a application has been completely reformulated, seeking to improve the provision of service to the citizen and making available to taxpayers various evolutions in terms of usability and navigability. “This new version will optimize the service to the citizen, reducing the time in filling and sending the forms, with assertive guidelines, standardization and mitigation of filling errors. To use the online application service, taxpayers must access the e-cac portal, select the option “Legislation and” Process, and then click “Web” Requirements.

The new version of the application is the latest delivery of Serpro, a public technology company of the federal government, to the Federal Revenue of Brazil, its main customer.
