EstrelaBet, the largest Brazilian gamingtech company, announces the appointment of Leandro Machado as its new CFO (Chief Financial Officer). With over 25 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, and corporate governance, the executive joins to strengthen the company’s financial discipline and support its next cycle of sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, Leandro has worked with national and multinational companies in sectors such as consumer goods, agribusiness, technology, and education. He has led areas of Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Supply Chain, as well as conducted M&A operations, operational efficiency projects, and expansion strategies. Before joining EstrelaBet, he served as CFO in companies such as Mind Lab, GeneSeas Aquaculture, Grupo Columbia, and Nakashi, where he achieved significant advances in profitability and cost optimization.
With a degree in Electronic Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a Master’s in Agribusiness, Leandro also carries the discipline he applies to management into sports: he has been a water polo athlete for 35 years, having played for the Brazilian National Team for 14 years.
